How It Works:

Beatly Pro randomly selects instruments to create 8 bars of looped instrumental music. Users can freely combine, rearrange, and edit these bars using the piano roll. The tempo is automatically set but can be adjusted, along with the key. The algorithm picks all notes, allowing users to choose between rap, lo-fi, chiptune, cinematic, or dance styles. Each style offers a unique musical experience. The chord progression builder allows defining specific chords for Beatly to use. Users can create custom bar patterns for the algorithm to apply when generating a new track.

To modify chord progressions within a track, users can change the key/base chord of each beat within a bar.

By simply tapping the play button in the app, users can initiate music generation. Each reload provides a different outcome. Users can save their tunes for later editing, export to MIDI, or record live sessions to WAV audio files. Stems or seamless loops can also be rendered. Beatly supports MIDI output for integration with external mixers.

The mixer functionality enables users to control volume levels, solo individual instruments, mute unwanted sounds, and experiment with filters. Users can reload any instrument part or fine-tune sections using the piano roll.

Can I Import My Own Samples?

Absolutely! You can attach or record WAV or M4A sounds to any instrument track. Keep in mind that samples tuned in C will deliver the best results!
